Russell Reserve 6 Year Rye
A classic rye with peppery notes. It worked very well in a rye old-fashioned. I'd get it again.

I've never had a drink quite like their Sushi Sazerac. It was a sazerac in spirit (pun intended), but it had bonito in it so there were notes of the sea while it was balanced by the melon aromatics.
